As much of a battle for survival as it is prizes, this video slot puts you in the middle of a Japanese-style showdown.

With your honour at stake, it’s important to learn the basics before you step into battle. So, to help you out, we’ve put together a complete Yokozuna Clash slot review. Taking you through the finer points of the game, our guide will help you wrestle the reels like a pro.

Slot Plot

Under the neon lights of Tokyo’s skyline, a crowd has gathered for a match of epic proportions. As the player sent to take on the mighty Yokozuna Clash slot machine, your job is simple: match symbols and take down your opponents.

Because those in your way are the best in the business, thing’s won’t be easy. In fact, each time you play Yokozuna Clash slots, nothing is guaranteed. However, if you’re prepared to stand and fight, there’s every chance you could leave the stadium with a pocketful of cash.

Play for Free

No one should take on a sumo champion without some practice. To help you learn some moves, try the Yokozuna Clash slot demo game below. Offering full functionality without the cost, this Yokozuna Clash free-play spinner is a great way to get a feel for what this slot is all about.

RTP

Just like a sumo showdown, anything can happen when you play Yokozuna Clash slots. Even with all the practice in the world, no spin will ever guarantee you a victory. However, just as the masters know their time will come eventually, you too can win. Thanks to an RTP of 96.1%, there will be times when you’re riding high and times when things take a dip.

Knowing this is important. By understanding that every session won’t always end with you getting your hand raised, you’ll be more prepared to take the rough with the smooth. What’s more, you can spin safe in the knowledge that, at some point, the Yokozuna Clash slots RTP will send some prizes your way.

Small Bets and Generous Jackpots

To play Yokozuna Clash slot games, you’ll need to stake at least R5. When you do that, you’ll have the opportunity to spin five reels that offer 243 ways to win. For those not in the know, the “ways to win” structure means there aren’t any paylines. Instead, three or more matching symbols in any position from left-to-right will award a payout.

In practice, this structure provides a myriad of ways to make a winning combination. But, more importantly, it adds another elements of uncertainty and excitement to the game. In a bid to recreate the adrenaline-inducing feelings of a real fight, the developers have made it so wins can come from anywhere. By not knowing how or when the right symbols are going to appear, you’ll always be on your toes. That, in turn, means you’ll feel more engaged as you play for fixed payouts that could be worth thousands.

Free Spins Tournament

The focal point of this Yokozuna Clash slot review has to be the game’s bonus features. Unlike traditional free spins rounds, Yokozuna Clash makes you earn what you win. To put it another way, you have to fight sumo champions to determine the value of your bonus.

Once you roll in two “free spin” symbols, the match begins. A random character is chosen to represent you before the software picks an opponent. Each of the following sumo wrestlers have their own special powers they’ll use throughout the bonus round:

• Riku (Blue Fundoshi Sumo): This fighter randomly awards up to two wilds on reels 2,3 or 4 during the base game or up to four wilds during the free spins tournament. Additionally, when he scores a hit, he’ll move the power metre to the right by one bar.
• Haru (Green Fundoshi Sumo): This fighter randomly awards a 2X or 3X multiplier during the base game or a 3X-4X multiplier during the free spins tournament. Additionally, when he scores a hit, he’ll move the power metre to the right by one bar.
• O’Conner (Scottish Sumo): When this sumo scores a hit, he’ll move the power metre to the right by two bars. Additionally, he’ll award a 3X or 4X multiplier on spins where he pushed the power metre left.
• Daisuke (Flower Fundoshi Sumo): When this sumo scores a hit, he’ll move the power metre to the left by two bars. Additionally, he award a three or four wilds on spin where he pushed the power metre left.

Once the free spins tournament is underway, a winning combination starting on the left will move the power metre one bar to the right. When a win starts from the right, the power metre moves either two or three bars to the left. Additionally, a free spins feature (as determined by your sumo) will start when the power bar moves left.

If the power metre on the left fills up first, the free spins tournament ends. If the power metre on the right fills up, you’ll get to fight Yokozuna. If you make it to the final fight, you’ll receive a 2X multiplier on all wins. Additionally, Yokozuna will award three to four random wilds, a 3X or 4X multiplier and his hits will move the power metre three bars.

Play Yokozuna Clash Slots and Enjoy a True Gaming Heavyweight

Regardless of what you’ve played in the past, few slots have a free spins bonus quite as unique as Yokozuna Clash. A fantastic combination of payout potential, entertainment and video game dynamics, this special feature is enough to sell the game on its own. However, once you add some impressive graphics, varied betting limits and a solid RTP to the mix, Yokozuna Clash slots stand out as heavyweights in the gaming world.
